We cut this girls robe from dense coral fleece for our warmest layer. The buffalo plaid print runs across the hood, body, and belt. It ties at the waist with a self-fabric belt anchored through side loops to stay put while lounging.

What it is made of

Coral fleece plush: This is our thickest fleece with a high-pile plush surface on both sides. The knit holds warmth well around the house on cold mornings without feeling heavy or stiff across the shoulders.
Hood and patch pockets: We added an attached hood that lies flat over pajama collars when down. Two front patch pockets sit low on the hips to keep hands covered or hold small morning items.
Belt and waist finish: A self-fabric belt threads through two reinforced side loops to keep the wrap closed. The roomy cut gives full overlap across the chest, letting her cinch the tie as snug as she likes.
Wash and color care: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat. The red and black plaid pattern stays sharp through regular laundering without shedding fleece fuzz onto other clothes.
