The address

Write to [email protected]. We answer in the order things arrive, and we answer in English only. There is no telephone line and no chat window, which is a deliberate choice: a sizing question answered properly in writing beats the same question answered quickly on a call.

On paper we are at One Liberty Place, 1650 Market Street, Suite 3600, Philadelphia, PA 19103. That is a desk in an office building, and it is worth saying what it is not: there is no showroom behind that door, nothing hangs on a rail there, and nobody can take a garment back over a counter. Letters reach us; parcels should not be sent, because a return belongs with the retail partner who took the payment.

What we can answer well

Anything about the garment. Which rung a piece sits on and why. What the chart row means and how to measure against it. Whether a fabric will suit a room that goes cold at midnight. Whether two pieces are the same cut in different colorways, which happens often and is not always obvious from the pictures.

If you tell us the room, how you sleep and roughly what size you normally wear, we can usually point at two or three pieces and say why.

What we cannot answer at all

Anything about a specific order. We do not take payment, we do not hold the parcel and we cannot see your account at the retail partner, so questions about where a delivery is, when it will arrive, or how to change an address have to go to them. Their help pages are reachable from the same listing you bought from.

We would rather say that plainly than take the message and go quiet on you.
