Just Love

From our shelf to yours

Short version: the marketplace you buy from handles delivery, and we are not in the middle of it.

Who does what

When you press the button on a piece here, you land on its listing at a large retail marketplace. From that point the basket, the payment, the packing and the delivery are theirs. We do not hold stock for you, we do not print labels, and no part of the parcel passes through us.

This is why you will not find a delivery table on this page. Any number we printed would be a guess about someone else’s operation, and it would be wrong for half of you by the time you read it.

Where the real answer lives

The listing shows the delivery estimate for your address, the options available on that item, and the cost if there is one. It updates as you change the address, which is more than any static page can do. Read it there before you buy rather than after.

The same goes for anything unusual: a remote postcode, a work address, a delivery date that has to land before a birthday. The marketplace knows all of that. We know none of it.

If something has gone wrong

A parcel that has not turned up, an item that is not the one you ordered, or a delivery marked as completed that never arrived: all of that is handled through the account you ordered from. Their process is faster than ours would be, because they are the only party with the tracking number in front of them.

What we can still help with afterwards is the garment itself. If the piece arrived and is the wrong weight for your room, that is a conversation worth having with us.
