A plush velour pile gives this solid emerald robe plenty of thickness. We cut it with a wide shawl collar that folds flat against the chest and added a matching tie belt to secure the wrap. It falls around knee length for easy coverage over pajamas.

What it is made of

Plush velour pile: We use a plush velour fabric with a woven scalloped jacquard pattern. The raised pile holds heat well and feels smooth against bare skin, giving the robe a substantial weight without feeling stiff.
Shawl collar wrap: The wide shawl collar sits smooth along the neck and crosses cleanly in front. A self-fabric belt threads through side loops so you can adjust the overlap and pull the waist snug over nightgowns.
Knee length cut: We designed the hem to hit right around the knee, which keeps the lower edge clear of the floor while you walk. It layers easily over sleep shirts and pajama pants alike.
Stitched hem care: The hem and sleeve cuffs are finished with double stitching to prevent the velour edges from curling. It goes straight into the regular wash cycle and dries soft without losing its scalloped texture.
