We knit this two piece base layer from a blend of 60 percent cotton and 40 percent polyester. The fabric traps warmth without adding heavy bulk under trousers or sweaters. The pants taper at the ankle to slide neatly into winter boots.

What it is made of

- Wash care
- The cotton and polyester blend holds up to regular cycles in the washing machine. It resists shrinking and retains its solid lilac dye through repeated trips through the laundry.
