We cut this robe from a thick plush knit that holds heat well. A sherpa lining lines the hood for extra warmth around the neck, while the front wraps shut with a matching self-tie belt. It hits right at the knee for easy walking around the house.

What it is made of

Sherpa lined hood: The hood is lined with soft sherpa that sits thick against the neck when worn up or resting flat across the shoulders. It adds substantial warmth on cold mornings without pulling the collar back.
Plush velour pile: We use a plush velour knit with a dense pile that traps warm air. The fabric has a smooth nap and holds its loft after machine washing, resisting stretching along the main panels.
Pockets and cuffs: Two wide patch pockets sit at the front hips, sized deep enough to hold a phone or keep hands out of the chill. The sleeve openings finish in folded cuffs that stay put when pushed up the forearms.
Buffalo plaid print: The red and black buffalo plaid is printed deep into the plush pile so the blocks stay crisp across the seams. The belt is stitched from the same patterned material for a uniform wrap.
