We cut this wrap robe from a thick velour with a subtle chevron pattern pressed into the pile. It finishes around the knee for easy walking around the house. The self-fabric tie adjusts the waist, while the generous hood adds full coverage up top.
On our ladder this one is Warmest. The top of the ladder: plush, sherpa and fleece.

What it is made of
- Plush velour pile
- The thick velour has a soft nap that holds warmth close to your skin. We placed this piece on our warmest rung because the dense pile blocks cool drafts across shoulders and arms.
- Tie waist wrap
- A matching velour belt threads through side loops to secure the crossover front. You can cinch it tight over light pajamas or knot it loosely when lounging over thicker layers.
- Attached hood
- The hood is cut deep enough to pull forward past the ears without tugging at the back hem. It adds extra neck coverage on colder mornings.
- Wash and wear
- The velour pile stays soft through repeated cycles in the washing machine. We lock the interior seams so edges will not fray or unravel during laundering.

First, let me say the robe looks warm and snuggly, but I actually bought an XS (I am not an XS) for my 6 year old kid to dress up as Sorcerer Mickey and it looks perfect! The pockets are on the inside, not outside like on so many robes. There is a bit of a wavy texture to the robe too, which looks pretty cool. Very soft.
Pepper Cons: For someone who's 5'2" 110lbs even the XS is still oversize & the fabric is pretty thin. Pros:Very soft inside & out, including the lining of the pockets. Hood is nice and deep. Less expensive than similar robes available elsewhere. Not quite an exact replacement for the plush Gap robe I was looking to replace, but close enough that I opted to keep it.
Patrick Super, super soft. It feels like a blanket to me. It’s extremely comfortable to wear, but it will make you hot if it warm outside! It fits as I expected it to, which is slightly larger on me because I’m a petite person!
